The Genuine FOTON Parts & Accessories Warranty** period commences on the date of first supply and continues for the following term:
- Replacement of standard Genuine FOTON Parts by an authorised FOTON Dealer are warranted for the remainder of the FOTON New Vehicle 7 Year Unlimited Kilometre Warranty.
- Genuine parts purchased at and fitted by an authorised FOTON dealer are warranted for 24 months.
- Genuine parts purchased at an authorised dealer and installed independently or by a third party are warranted for 12 months.
- FOTON optional accessories purchased at the time of sale or up to the first scheduled maintenance (20,000km or 12 months, whichever comes first) and fitted by an authorised FOTON dealer are warranted for the remainder of the FOTON New Vehicle 7 Year Unlimited Kilometre Warranty.
- FOTON optional accessories purchased outside of the above conditions are warranted for 24 months if fitted by and authorised FOTON dealer or 12 months if fitted independently or by a third party.

**The Genuine FOTON Parts and Accessories Warranty applies in addition to the guarantees, right and remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Commonwealth State and Territory Legislation. The Genuine FOTON Parts and Accessories Warranty does not exclude, affect or limit those guarantees, right or remedies, except to the extent that their application may lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
