Foton New Vehicle Warranty

 

At FOTON, we provide a 7-year unlimited kilometre new car warranty* when you purchase a FOTON ute. All authorised FOTON dealerships honour this New Vehicle Warranty, ensuring that any part of the vehicle that is found to be defective in factory materials or workmanship within the stated warranty period, will be repaired, replaced or adjusted by any authorised FOTON Retailer free of charge to you.

 

If you’ve misplaced or damaged your Warranty or Service Handbooks reach out to your local FOTON Service Centre to order a new one.

FOTON Servicing Schedules

 

To ensure your FOTON ute is always ready to perform, it is designed with optimal service intervals that depend as much on time and driving conditions, as they do on distance.

 

The service interval for your FOTON is every 15,000 kilometres or 12 months, whichever comes first (not including the initial complimentary service at 5,000 kilometres or 3 months, which ever comes first). This schedule ensures that your FOTON receives the dedicated care it needs, keeping it in peak condition for both work and play. 

 

Capped Price Servicing Program

 *Warranty excludes vehicles used for a commercial purpose and does not cover consumables (e.g. oils and fluids) or items of a fair wear and tear nature (e.g. wiper blades) unless they are defective in manufacture. Warranty over covered items is subject to compliance with FOTON instructions and operation and maintenance requirements relating to those items. See your vehicle’s Warranty and Service Handbook for full terms, conditions, and exclusions. The Warranty does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
